Ø Child Birth Registration Form can be downloaded here.

Ø Following documents are required for submission of form:

a) Original and copy of birth certificate issued by Chinese authorities.

b) Two passport size photographs

c) Copies of passports and National Identity Cards of child’s parents

Ø After registration, NICOP can be applied for the new born at NADRA’s website

Ø NICOP/Form B are required in order to apply for Machine Readable Passport (MRP) for a new born.

Ø Birth Registration fee is RMB 113.
