Visit by PTI Delegation to China

At the invitation of the Chinese Government, a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) delegation, headed by Mr. Arshad Dad Secretary General (PTI) along with Members of (PTI) Central Executive Committee, is on a visit to China from 19^th to 26^th November, 2018.
The delegation paid a visit to the Embassy of Pakistan on 21^st November, 2018. They were welcomed by Ambassador Masood Khalid who highlighted the significance of such goodwill visits from Pakistan and party to party interaction.
Ambassador apprised the delegation about the milestones achieved during the recent visit of the Prime Minister of Pakistan to China.  He informed that the Pakistan China economic relations gained momentum during the 70’s with Chinese assistance for such projects as Karakoram Highway (KKH), Taxila Heavy Machinery Complex and Aeronautical Complex, Kamrah.
Ambassador also briefed the delegation about China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and its role in adding a new dimension to the already strong and brotherly relations between the two countries.
Apart from Beijing, the delegation shall also visit Hangzhou, Wuzhen and Quzhou.
