President Arif Alvi Sends Congratulatory Message to President Xi Jinping on the occasion of Chinese New Year

President of Pakistan H.E. Mr. Arif Alvi has sent a congratulatory message to President Xi Jinping conveying his best wishes on the occasion of Chinese New Year and Spring Festival, which reads as follows:
