Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee meets Vice President Wang Qishan

General Zubair Mahmood Hayat, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) has met with Chinese Vice President Wang Qishan in Beijing. They discussed matters of common interest and exchanged views on security and counter-terrorism cooperation between Pakistan and China.   
Vice President Wang said that Pakistan and China are all-weather strategic cooperative partners and both countries would support each other regardless of changes taking place in the international and regional landscapes. Both sides also discussed the ongoing development on CPEC and expressed satisfaction at its steady development.
General Zubair Mahmood Hayat is visiting China to attend the 13^th Pakistan-China Defense and Security Talks.
