President Dr. Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan have extended messages of felicitation to their counterparts on the 71st Anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China.

In his message to President Xi Jinping, President Arif Alvi said that Pakistan and China are iron-brothers and Pakistan will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with China in the realization of its national aspirations and goals.

He also expressed his commitment in making CPEC a high quality demonstration project of BRI.

Prime Minister Imran Khan in his message reiterated heartfelt felicitations to his counterpart, Premier Li Keqiang. Prime Minister said that our All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership continues to grow and Pakistan will continue its support to China in pursuit of its core national interest.

He congratulated China on its victory in the ‘people’s war’ against COVID-19 and said that China-Pakistan mutual cooperation against the COVID-19 remained exemplary and delivered promising results.
