Ambassador’s meeting with General Manager of Goldstone Capital Investment Holding Co., Ltd

As a part of the economic diplomacy outreach to the Chinese enterprises, the Ambassador of Pakistan, H.E. Moin ul Haque had a virtual meeting today with Mr. Shen Yao, General Manager of Goldstone Investment Holding Co., Ltd, an innovation center under China Aerospace Technology Group. He was accompanied by the Embassy’s economic team. Pakistan’s Consul-general in Guangzhou and Honorary Investment Consul in Shenzhen also attended the meeting.

In his remarks, the Ambassador thanked the Chinese enterprise for its interest in diverse sectors in Pakistan, and discussed key areas of potential cooperation. Ambassador also updated Mr. Shen Yao on the investment-friendly policies of the Government of Pakistan.

Mr. Shen briefed the Ambassador on the operations of his company, which are mostly centered on applications of the latest technology. The enterprise also expressed interest in strengthening economic linkages with Pakistan under China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). The company also expressed interest in collaborations with Pakistan in emerging sectors.

Goldstone Capital Investment Holding Company is an innovation center based in Shenzhen, and focuses on emerging technologies.
