Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif held a meeting with President of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang in Beijing

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif held a bilateral meeting with President of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang on 14 May in Beijing on the sidelines of the Belt and Road Forum.
 
During the meeting, both leaders shared a strong desire to further deepen friendship in the coming years. Both leaders agreed to strengthen economic ties by expanding bilateral trade to USD 1 billion by 2020. The Prime Minister stressed the need for the two countries to strengthen and explore business and investment opportunities.
 
The meeting was held in a warm and cordial atmosphere.
