If I am not resident of Punjab or Islamabad, how can I get my Police Clearance Certificate?
You can send an ‘Authority Letter’ in the name to Your Father/Brother who can apply Police Clearance Certificate in Pakistan. The Authority Letter must be attested from the Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing.
