PAKISTAN

Ø The applicant will have to visit the nearest Police Station / Khidmat Markaz in his/her home city along with his/her valid CNIC or Passport.

Ø An Authority Letter can be given to a blood relative to apply for PCC on behalf of the applicant, when he/she is unable to appear in person. This Authority Letter needs to be attested by the Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing or any other Pakistan Consulate in China.

Ø Prescribed fee for the attestation of Authority Letter is RMB 75/-.

Ø PCC issued in Pakistan, must be attested with QR Code/Apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan before its presentation to Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing or any other Pakistan Consulate in China.
