E-Visa Instructions

PAKISTAN ONLINE VISA SYSTEM
(VISA PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS)

  1. General Visa Instructions. Applicants are advised to carefully read the following visa processing instructions  (common to all categories of Visas), this will ensure  smooth and speedy processing of E-Visas:-
    1. We strictly discourage visa processing through Travel Agents, Visa Processing Companies and Middle man.
    2. Minimum 6 months valid passport is required for the visa processing.
    3. Applicant’s physical presence in China is must for issuance of visa.
    4. Holders of Diplomatic and Official Passports of the People’s Republic of China do not require visa to visit/ stay in Pakistan for up to one month.
    5. Applicants are advised to upload only original supporting documents for processing of visa applications (no faxed, photo copied or emailed documents will be accepted).
    6. Applicants to note, that fresh visa of Pakistan will only be issued on the expiry of previous visa.
    7. Host individuals/ companies to certify in invitation letters, that they will be responsible for applicants (in all respect), while their stay in Pakistan.
    8. Only those Chinese will be able to work in Pakistan, who have valid Work Visa (business visa will only be issued for business trips and not for work).
    9. For Third Country nationals, possession of the Resident/ Work/ Student permit of China is a basic document for applying Pakistani visa. Moreover Third Country Nationals having resident permits should have valid reason to visit Pakistan.
    10. Nationals of Third Countries visiting China (as visitors, businessman and tourists) are advised to apply visa at the Pakistan Embassies in their country of residence or the Pakistani Embassy currently accredited to their country.
    11. Applicant’s family includes spouse, son, daughter, father and mother. Only those Chinese nationals are allowed to invite their families to Pakistan, who have valid Work/ Resident/ Student visas of Pakistan.
  2. E-Visa Specific Visa Instructions 
    1. Before starting the process of applying E-Visa, make sure you have following documents readily available:-
      1. Electronic version of your photograph and all supporting documents upto the size of 200 KB.
      2. Valid credit/ debit card for online payment (8.8 dollar visa processing fee for the Chinese nationals, but for the third country nationals the visa fee will differ from country to county).
    2. Please fill in the visa application form completely/ correctly, don’t leave any column vacant, the fields marked with (*) are mandatory (the provided data on the application form will be verified by relevant departments).
    3. While applying visa through Pakistan Online Visa System, please select your nearest Visa Office (apart from Embassy at Beijing, we have 4 our Consulates General located at Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Consulates General are fully empowered to issue all types of E-Visas). Selecting of appropriate Visa Office is essential (nearest to your residence of applicant), as subsequently, some E-Visa applicants might be required to appear for an interview before Visa Counselor at Embassy/ Consulate Generals.
    4. Carefully select the category of visa as later it can’t be changed.
    5. Applicants are advised to plan their journeys/ business trips and purchase Air Tickets, as per the Time Lines given for the visa processing of various categories of E-Visas.
    6. PAKISTAN ONLINE VISA SYSTEM
(IMPORTANT TERMINOLOGIES)

  1. Applicant. The applicant is the person (or persons) applying for Pakistan Online Visa.
  2. Abolition List. It is list of countries with whom Government of Pakistan have concluded agreement for abolition of Visa on reciprocal basis. See Visa Abolition List at (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/visa-abolition-list/).
  3. Business Visa List. This is a list of business friendly countries identified by Government of Pakistan. See Business Friendly Countries List (BVL) at (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/business-visa-list-bvl/).
  4. Dependent Children. A child or stepchild, who has not turned 18 years of age, or, if aged 18 years or over, is a dependent. A dependent child must not have a partner or be engaged to be married.
  5. Extension. You can extend your stay by applying for extension of relevant visa category in Pakistan.
  6. Housemaid. Domestic servant.
  7. Immediate family. Your partner and dependent children.
  8. INGO. The registered international non-governmental organization in Pakistan.
  9. Journalist Journalists, correspondents or reporters representing overseas news organizations.
  10. List-A Countries. List of 183 countries defined by Government of Pakistan. See List-A countries details at (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/list-of-countires-a/).
  11. List-B Countries. List of 3 countries defined by Government of Pakistan. See the details of List B countries at (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/list-countires-b/).
  12. List of Prohibited Areas in Pakistan. List of prohibited areas identified by Government of Pakistan. See Prohibited Areas list at (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/prohibited-areas/).
  13. NGO. Non-Governmental Organization. A registered non-profit organization that operates independently of any government, one whose purpose is to address a social or political issue.
  14. NOC. No Objection Certificate, is a type of legal certificate issued by any agency, organization and institute or, in certain cases, an individual.
  15. Period of Stay. A foreigner may enter to Pakistan at any time within the validity of the granted visa. The period of stay will count from the date of his/ her arrival. Stay will be governed by the residential permit issued by foreigner registration office at the time of his/ her registration and not by date of issuance of visa.
  16. POC. Pakistan Origin Card. It’s the Identity document issued to foreigners with Pakistan Origin.
  17. Tourist Friendly Countries. List of 50 countries defined by Government of Pakistan. See Tourist Friendly countries list at (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/tourist-friendly-countriestfc/).
  18. Transit Visa. A visa allowing its holder to pass through a country only, not to stay there.
  19. Visa. Permission to travel to, to enter and/ or to remain in Pakistan for a period of time.
  20. Visa Validity. The validity of visa is the period during which it can be used. All visas are valid for entry into Pakistan from the date of issue and if the visa has not been utilized during this period, it would become invalid.

PAKISTAN ONLINE VISA SYSTEM
CATEGORIES OF VISAS ALONGWITH ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENT

 

  1. Tourist Visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. Citizen of countries listed here (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/electronic-travel-authorization-eta/) are eligible to apply for this Visa.

      1. Photograph.

      3. Invitation Letter from the sponsor or hotel booking details in case of individual tourist.
      4. Invitation Letter in case of group by the Tour Operator designated by the department of tourist services.
    4. Duration and Validity
      1. Applicant (Single/ Double) for short duration less than 3 months (First Time entry).
      2. Duration up to and greater than 6 months (Extension).
      3. Citizens from these countries (https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/electronic-travel-authorizationi-eta/) may be eligible for a Double Entry Tourist Visa.
      4. A Tourist Visa can be extended to up to 6 Months or more, subject to approval.
    5. Processing Time. 7-10 Working Days
  2. Tourist Visa (On Arrival). Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility 
      1. To avail the Tourist Visa On Arrival, you must be a citizen of countries listed here (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/tourist-friendly-countriestfc/).
      2. Foreign nationals of Indian origin are also eligible to apply under this category for religious tourism purposes.
      3. Tour Operators approved by the Pakistan Directorate of Tourist Services (DTS) may be allowed to bring Tourist Groups under this category.

    4. Duration and Validity
      1. Tourist Visa On Arrival is valid for up to 3 months.
      2. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and UAE may be granted a 30-day, multiple-entry visa upon arrival.
    5. Processing Time. Please submit your intent to travel at least 48-72 hours before your planned trip to Pakistan to receive an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).
  3. Family Visit Visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. Foreign citizen of Pakistan Origin and their spouses.

    5. Processing Time. 7-10 Working Days.
  4. Business Visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. Citizen of countries listed here (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/business-visa-list-bvl/) are eligible to apply for this Visa.

      7. Original Recommendation letter by the honorary investment counselor of BOI/ Commercial Attaché.
    4. Duration and Validity
      1. A Business Visa may be granted for upto 5 years.
      2. A Business Visa is valid for Multiple Entries in to Pakistan.
    5. Processing Time. 4-6 Weeks.
  5. Business Visa On Arrival. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. To avail the Business Visa On Arrival, you must be a citizen of the countries listed here (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/business-visa-list-bvl/).

      3. Proof of registration of company which is extending invitation (SECP/ Chamber of Commerce Certificate).

    4. Duration and Validity.  A Business Visa On Arrival is granted for 30 days.
    5. Processing Time. Interested businessmen are encouraged to apply for the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) at least 8-10 days prior to their intended date of travel.
  6. Student Visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. Citizen of countries listed here (http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/electronic-travel-authorization-eta/) are eligible to apply for this Visa.

      6. For Extension: NOC from concerned embassy in Pakistan of student’s country.
      7. Sponsorship/ Bank Statement (in case of accompanying family).
    4. Duration and Validity.  A Study Visa is granted for 2 years.
    5. Processing Time. 4-6 weeks.
  7. Work Visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. Citizen of foreign countries who have a valid job offer and meet the requirements are eligible to apply for this Visa.

      4. Employment agreement between company and applicant.

      8. Company profile.
      9. SECP registration letter of company.
      10. FBR NTN certificate of the company.
      11. Previous Recommendation by BOI/ MOI (if applicable).
    4. Duration and Validity  
      1. A Work Visa is granted for 1 year.
      2. A Work Visa is valid for Multiple Entries in to Pakistan.
      3. A Work Visa is extendable on yearly basis subject to approval.
    5. Processing Time. 4-6 weeks.
  8. Domestic Aide Visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. Foreign domestic workers are eligible to apply for this visa under the sponsorship of their employer.

    4. Duration and Validity  
      1. A Domestic Aide Visa may be granted for 1 year.
      2. A Domestic Aide Visa is extendable by 1 year plus double entry.
    5. Processing Time. 4-6 weeks.
  9. Official Visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. Foreign Officials of all countries who are assigned to perform official duties in Pakistan are eligible to apply for this visa.

      3. Letter of Recommendation (By Economic Affairs Division/ MoFA/ Respective Ministry or Department).
    4. Duration and Validity.  An Official Visa is valid for the entire tenure of the Official Assignment.
    5. Processing Time 
      1. 7 working days (First time entry).
      2. 4-6 weeks (Visa Extension).
  10. Diplomatic Visa. Foreign Diplomats can apply for a GRATIS Visa for the entire tenure of their diplomatic assignment. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility 
      1. All diplomatic staff of foreign countries are eligible to apply for this visa.
      2. Diplomatic Visas will be granted against authorized slots only.

    7. 4-6 weeks (Visa Extension).
  11. Tabligh Visa. Muslim citizens of foreign countries who wish to participate in Tabligh activities can apply for this visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. Muslim citizens of all countries are eligible to apply for this visa.

      3. Invitation letter by the authorized Tableeghi Centre.
    4. Duration and Validity.  A Tabligh Visa can be granted for 45 days.

  12. Missionary Visa. Christians Missionaries can apply for this visa to carry out missionary work in Pakistan. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. Christian citizens of all countries are eligible to apply for this visa.

      1. This visa is valid for 1 year.

  13. Others/ Miscellaneous Visa. Foreign citizens who wish to participate in sports, conferences, seminars and various cultural events taking place in Pakistan can apply for this visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility 
      1. All Countries.
      2. Applicant must apply 6 weeks in advance of the event he/ she intends to attend.

    4. Invitation letter from host organization (In case of accompanying family, there should be a provision to provide invitation letter specifically extended for the family and should carry their entire details).

    6. Processing Time. 4-6 weeks.
  14. Journalist Visa. Journalists can apply for this visa which is valid for Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi under the following two categories:-
    1. Pakistan Based. Journalists of Pakistan based and accredited media houses.
    2. Non-Pakistan Based. Journalists must not be on the negative list.
    3. Eligibility
      1. All Journalists are eligible to apply subject to approval.
      2. Consultation Feedback is required from Press Attachés and Link Offices of the respective media houses.

  15. NGO/ INGO Visa. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. All NGO/ INGO officials, staff and their family members are eligible to apply for this visa.

      4. Proof of Registration of the NGO/ INGO.
    4. Duration and Validity. All NGO/ INGO visa is valid for 3 months subject to approval.
    5. Processing Time. 4-6 Weeks.
  16. UN/ IO Visa. Officials/ persons deputed to work for or on behalf of the UN and International Organization (IO) in Pakistan can apply. Details are as under:-
    1. Eligibility. All UN/ IO officials, staff and their family members are eligible to apply for this visa.
    2. Required Documents
      1. Photograph.
      2. Passport.
      3. Copy of Resident Permit/ National ID Card.
      4. Invitation letter (note verbal) issued by the relevant UN Agency/ International Organization in Pakistan.
      5. Desptach letter (note verbal) issued by the relevant UN Agency/ International Organization in Pakistan.
    3. Duration and Validity 
      1. UN/IO Assignment Visa (already existing/ newly created post) - 1 year multiple entry for Chinese nationals and 6 months multiple entry for third country national.
      2. UN/IO Short Term Assignment Visa (Consultants/ Experts/ INGOs Registered in Pakistan) - 1 year multiple entry for UNLP holders and 6 months multiple entry for national passport holders.
      3. UN/IO Volunteers Visa – 6 months single entry.
      4. Official- UN/IO Visit Visa (Meetings, Training, Conferences and Workshops) – 30 days (or 90 days with reasons) single entry for UNLP holders and 30 days single entry for national passport holders.
    4. Processing Time. 2-6 Weeks.

PAKISTAN ONLINE VISA SYSTEM
HOW TO APPLY PAKISTAN ONLINE VISA

  1. Step-1 (Accessing Pakistan Online Visa Website). You can access Pakistan Online Visa website at http://visa.nadra.gov.pk  by clicking this link, you will land on the MAIN PAGE of Pakistan Online Visa website.
  2. Step-2 (How to Register/ Create An Account)
    1. You can register on the Pakistan Online Visa System by clicking on ‘APPLY NOW’.
    2. Click on ‘Create a New Account’.
    3. Provide the Required Information.
      1. Enter your Given Name.
      2. Enter your Surname.
      3. Enter your Email Address. (Do not use QQ email)
      4. Retype your Email Address.
      5. Enter your Passport Number.
      6. Retype your Passport Number.
      7. Type the CAPTCHA Code.
      8. Check the box to Agree to the ‘Terms of Service’.
      9. When you are finished, click on ‘Save and Continue’ (provide your name as it appears on the passport).
    4. When you are successfully registered, the Registration Successful message will appear on the screen.
    5. An email confirmation is sent to your registered Email Address that contains your PIN number. Click on the ‘Continue Registration’ link to proceed.
    6. Enter your PIN in Account verification and click ‘Verify’. (SUCCESS! You are now registered in the Pakistan Online Visa System will appear on screen).
    7. Upon successful verification, you will be redirected to the Login Page (If you do not receive the Email Confirmation, please click on ‘Resend Code’ button).
  3. Step-3 (How to Login to the Pakistan Online Visa System). Enter your login credentials to access your Online Visa Application.
    1. Upon successful verification, you will be redirected to the Login Page.
    2. Follow the steps below:-
      1. Enter your Email Address.
      2. Enter your Password.
      3. Enter the CAPTCHA Code.
      4. Click on Login button. If you forget your password, please click on ‘Forget Password’ link and follow the steps:-
        1. Enter your registered email address, enter CAPTCHA Code and click ‘Reset Password’ button.
        2. An email will be sent to your registered email address with the ‘Password Reset’ link.
        3. Click on the link and you will be redirected to the Password Reset page.
        4. Enter you new password, Retype your new password. Enter CAPTCHA Code, then click Reset.
        5. Now click ‘Back to Login’ button and login using the new password.
    3. Read and accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ by checking the box.
    4. Click the ‘Accept and Continue’ button. (SUCCESS! You are now Logged In to the Pakistan Online Visa System will appear on the screen).
  4. Step-4 (Applying for the Visa/ Filling of Visa Application Form)
    1. Your Account. By default, after successful login, a New Visa Application is launched.
    2. Start Your Application. The first section of the Application is ‘Application Info’. This section records information about your Visa Type, Passport Information, etc.
    3. Application Information 
      1. Using the image, please follow the steps:-
        1. Choose the Visa Category. To determine which visa is right for you, refer to http://visa.nadra.gov.pk and click on Visa Categories tab.
        2. Select the appropriate Visa Sub category.
        3. Select if you are a first time applicant or applying for an Extension to an existing visa.
        4. Choose the number of entries required. Single, Double or Multiple.
        5. Enter your Visa No (in case of extension).
        6. Enter your Passport No (in case of extension).
        7. Describe the purpose of your visit.
        8. Choose the Duration of the Visa required.
      2. In certain cases, the Visa Application may be required to appear for an interview before a Visa Counselor at one of the Consulates. Please choose the location nearest to you:-
        1. Select your country.
        2. Select the nearest Consulate.
      3. Entry and Departure Information
        1. Select the Port of Entry into Pakistan.
        2. Select the Port of Departure from Pakistan.
      4. Provide the expected travel dates
        1. Provide the expected Arrival Date.
        2. Provide the expected Departure Date.
      5. Click ‘Next’ to continue to the next step (When you proceed to the next Page, a Tracking ID is generated against your Visa Application and the required Fees are also calculated. This will appear on the top right corner of the screen under the Application Summary table).
    4. Personal Information. The next section of the application records your personal information.
      1. Using the image, please follow the steps:-
        1. Enter your Surname.
        2. Enter your Given name(s).
        3. Enter any other names that you have previously used   
        4. Select your Country of Birth.
        5. Select your Country of Residence.
        6. Enter your Date of Birth.
        7. Enter you Place of Birth (if available).
        8. Select the Blood Group (if available).
        9. Select your Religion (optional).
        10. Select your Level of Education (optional).
        11. Select your Native Language (optional).
        12. Choose your Marital Status.
        13. Select your Legal Status in the Country of Residence where you are applying from.
        14. Choose your Gender.
      2. Enter your Nationality Information
        1. Select the Country of your current Nationality.
        2. Select the means that you acquired the current Nationality (optional).
        3. If you are a Dual National, Select other Nationality.
        4. Select the Date of Acquisition of Dual Nationality.
        5. Click ‘Add Nationality’ to Add to the Application.
      3. Provide your Contact Details
        1. Provide your Street Address (optional).
        2. Provide your Street Address – Line 2 (optional).
        3. Enter the City (Optional).
        4. Select the Country (Optional).
        5. Select how long you have lived at this Address
        6. Provide your Email Address.
        7. Provide your Landline Number (optional).
        8. Provide your Mobile Number.
    5. Family Information
      1. Provide Father’s Information:-
        1. Enter Father’s Full Name.
        2. Enter Passport Number (optional).
        3. Enter Date of Birth (optional).
        4. Enter Country of Birth (optional).
        5. Select Nationality.
        6. Select any Previous Nationality (optional).
      2. Provide Mother’s Information
        1. Enter Mother’s Full Name.
        2. Enter Passport Number (optional).
        3. Enter Date of Birth (optional).
        4. Enter Country of Birth (optional).
        5. Select Nationality.
        6. Select any Previous Nationality (optional).
      3. Spouse Information. If you have a spouse, check the box labeled ‘Do you have a Spouse’. The following Information will be recorded. In case the box is unchecked, the information will not display:-
        1. Enter Spouse’s Full Name.
        2. Enter Passport Number (optional).
        3. Enter Date of Birth (optional).
        4. Enter Country of Birth (optional).
        5. Select Nationality.
        6. Select any Previous Nationality (optional).
        7. Choose whether your spouse will be travelling with your OR not.
      4. Accompanying Member’s Information. If you have any family members who will be travelling with you during this trip, check the box labeled ‘Do you have any accompanying members during your travel to Pakistan’. The following Information will be recorded. In case the box is unchecked, the information will not display:-
        1. Enter Full Name.
        2. Enter Passport Number.
        3. Enter Date of Birth.
        4. Enter Country of Birth.
        5. Select Nationality.
        6. Select Relationship to you.
        7. Click ‘Add Member’ to add this entry into the Application (repeat the same to add additional family member travelling with you).
    6. Finance and Employment
      1. Provide current Personal Employment Status. Select the option that best describes your current Employment Status. Based on your selection, you will be asked different question.
        1. For Employed – Military Personnel, please complete the following steps:-
          1. Provide your current Appointment.
          2. Provide Name of the Military that you are serving in.
          3. Provide Date of Joining.
          4. Provide the Military Headquarter Address.
          5. Provide the Military headquarter Telephone Number.
          6. Provide the Military Headquarter Email Address.
          7. Provide the Place where you are currently posted.
          8. Provide your Rank.
        2. Additionally, please provide your previous Employment Information by completing the following steps:-
          1. Provide your previous Occupation.
          2. Provide your Designation at the previous Occupation.
          3. Provide the name of the Department that you worked for.
          4. Provide the Address of your previous employer.
          5. Provide your Rank.
          6. Provide your Place of Posting.
          7. Provide the Contact Number of your previous Occupation.
          8. Select the Type of your previous Employment.
          9. Click ‘Add Occupation’ to make an entry to your Visa Application (repeat the same step to add additional Occupations to your Application).
        3. For Employed – Civilian Personnel, please complete the following steps:-
          1. Provide your current Occupation.
          2. Provide Name of the Company that you are working for.
          3. Provide Date of Joining.
          4. Provide the Company’s Address.
          5. Provide the Company’s Telephone Number.
          6. Provide the Company’s Email Address.
        4. Additionally, please provide your previous Employment Information by completing the following steps:-
          1. Provide your previous Occupation.
          2. Provide your Designation at the previous Company.
          3. Provide the name of the Department that you worked for.
          4. Provide the Address of your previous employer.
          5. Provide the Contact Number of your previous employer.
          6. Click ‘Add Occupation’ to make an entry to your Visa Application (Repeat the same steps to add additional Occupations to your Application).
        5. For Retired Personnel, please complete the following steps:-
          1. Provide your previous Occupation.
          2. Provide your previous Designation.
          3. Provide the Name of the Department that you worked for.
          4. Provide the Company’s Address.
          5. Provide the Company’s Telephone Number.
          6. Select the Type of Employment.
          7. Click ‘Add Occupation’ to make entry to your Application (repeat step to add additional Occupation to your Application).
        6. For Students, please complete the following steps:-
          1. Provide your Degree Name that you are currently enrolled in.
          2. Provide the Institute’s Name.
          3. Provide the Address of your Institute.
          4. Provide the Date of Admission to the Institute.
      2. Provide Bank account Information (Leave unchecked if you do not have bank account in Pakistan). If checked, please provide the following information:-
        1. Enter the Bank Name.
        2. Enter the Branch Name.
        3. Provide the Bank Address.
        4. Provide the Title of Account.
        5. Provide Account Number.
        6. Provide the Verifier Name.
        7. Click ‘Add Bank Account’ to save Bank Account information.
        8. Click ‘Save and Continue’ to proceed.
    7. Travel History Information
      1. By default the Travel History Page appears. If you answer yes to any question, the corresponding fields will populate.
      2. If you answer yes in the Travel History, complete the following steps:-
        1. Select Date of Visit.
        2. Enter Purpose of your Visit.
        3. Enter Destination (City or Airport Code) of your visit.
        4. Enter Duration of your visit.
        5. Enter Country of your Visit.
        6. Click ‘Add’ to make entry of this travel to your Application. (repeat steps to add additional travel details to your Application).
      3. If you answer yes in the Visa Refusal History, complete the following steps:-
        1. Enter the Date of Visa Refusal.
        2. Enter the Reference Number.
        3. Describe the Reason for Visa Refusal.
        4. Select the Country for which the Visa was refused.
        5. Answer whether the Visa was refused on Arrival.
        6. Click ‘Add’ to make entry of this Visa Refusal to your Application (repeat steps to add additional Visa Refusal entries to your Application).
      4. If you have ever been granted a Pakistani Visa before, complete the following steps:-
        1. Enter the Date of Visit.
        2. Enter the Purpose of your Visit.
        3. Enter the Visa Number which was issued to you.
        4. Provide the Duration of your Visa.
        5. Select the Visa Type.
        6. Enter the name of Cities which you visited.
        7. Enter the Name of City/ Country where the Visa was issued.
        8. Click ‘Add’ to make entry of this Visa Grant to your application (repeat steps to add additional Visa Grant entries to your application).
      5. If you answer yes in the Convictions and Other Penalties Information, complete the following steps:-
        1. Enter the Date of Conviction/ Penalty.
        2. Enter the Country Name where the Conviction/ Penalty was imposed.
        3. Describe the Offence committed.
        4. Describe the Sentence as a result of Conviction/ Penalty.
        5. Describe the Reason of Conviction/ Penalty.
        6. Select from the list whether you were Deported/ Arrested/ Convicted or under Trial as result of the Conviction/ Penalty.
        7. Click ‘Add’ to make entry of this Conviction/ Penalty to your Application (repeat steps to add additional Conviction/ Penalties to your Application).
        8. Click ‘Save and Continue’ to proceed.
    8. Visit Information
      1. Azad Jammu and Kashmir Visit. Please answer if you wish to travel to Azad Jammu and Kashmir during your visit to Pakistan.
      2. Provide Your Stay Details
        1. Answer whether you will be staying at a Hotel during your stay.
        2. Provide Hotel Name.
        3. Select Province where the Hotel is located.
        4. Select district where the Hotel is located.
        5. Provide the Contact Number of the Hotel.
      3. Provide your Sponsor Information, if you have selected yes in this section, you will be required to answer the following questions:-
        1. Provide the Sponsor’s Name.
        2. Provide the Sponsor’s Address in Pakistan.
        3. Provide the Sponsor’s Email Address.
        4. Provide the Sponsor’s Telephone Number in Pakistan.
        5. Click ‘Add Sponsor’ to make entry to your Application (repeat steps to add additional Sponsors to your Application).
      4. Provide your Friends/ Relatives Information, if you have selected yes in this section, you will be required to answer the following questions:-
        1. Provide the Full Name.
        2. Provide their Address in Pakistan.
        3. Provide their Nationality.
        4. Select your Relationship to the Friend/ Relative.
        5. Provide their Email Address.
        6. Provide their Telephone Number in Pakistan.
        7. Click ‘Add Relative’ to make entry to your Application (repeat steps to add additional Relatives/ Friends to your Application).
      5. Provide your Itinerary while in Pakistan. If you have selected yes in this section, you will be required to answer the following questions:-
        1. Select the Province you will be visiting.
        2. Select the District within the Province that you will be visiting.
        3. Select the Tehsil within that District that you will be visiting.
        4. Provide the Address.
        5. Click ‘Add Address’ to make entry to your Application (repeat steps to add additional Addresses to your Application).
    9. Document/ Photograph
      1. Please carefully read the Document Upload Guide available at http://visa.nadra.gov.pk/PakVisa/downloads/DOCUMENTS%20 UPLOAD-GUIDELINES.pdf 
      2. Depending on your Visa Type, a list of Required Documents will be displayed under the Mandatory Supporting Documents.
      3. After you have an electronic copy of the required Documents which meet the specified requirements, complete the following steps:-
        1. Select Supporting Document Type using the drop down list.
        2. Click ‘Choose’ to browse your computer for the file.
        3. The system automatically checks for the quality of the file and if the check is passed, click on ‘Upload’ button to save the file to your Application.
        4. Repeat the steps until all Supporting Documents have been Uploaded.
        5. Click ‘Save and Continue’ to proceed.
    10. Review
      1. At this stage, your complete Visa Application will be displayed. Please review the supplied information carefully as this information will be used to process your Visa Application.
      2. Click on the Declaration to acknowledge that you have provided the correct information in this Visa Application.
      3. Click ‘Save and Continue’ to proceed.
    11. Payment
      1. Click on ‘Pay with Credit Card’, the screen will appear.
      2. Check the box ‘I have read and accept the Payment Terms and Conditions.
      3. Click ‘Accept and Continue’ to proceed.
      4. Provide Billing Information associated with the Credit Card by completing following steps:-
        1. Provide the First Name on the credit card.
        2. Provide the Last Name on the Credit Card.
        3. Provide your Email Address.
        4. Provide your Street Address.
        5. Provide your City name.
        6. Provide your Phone Number.
        7. Provide the Country where the Credit Card was issued.
        8. Provide the Postal Code.
        9. Provide the State where you reside.
        10. Click ‘Next’ to proceed.
      5. Provide the Credit Card Information by completing the following steps:-
        1. Select the Card Type.
        2. Enter the Card Number.
        3. Enter the CVC Code.
        4. Enter the Card Expiry Date.
        5. Click ‘Confirm and Pay’ to process your Visa Application payment.
      6. After successful payment, the Credit Card Payment screen will be displayed.
      7. If you wish to print the receipt of this payment, click on ‘Print Receipt’, otherwise click ‘Close Payment’ and you will be redirected to the ‘Application Submission Screen’.
    12. Application Submission
      1. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the following page acknowledging the receipt of your Credit Card payment.
      2. Click ‘Submit My Application’ to submit your Visa Application to the Visa Officer (please note that it is very important to submit your Application after completing the Payment. If you do not submit the Application, the process on your Visa case will not be initiated).
      3. Upon successful submission of your application, the ‘Application Submitted Successfully’ message will be displayed.
      4. An email confirmation will also be sent to the registered email address as SUCCESS! Your Pakistani Visa Application has been successfully submitted.
