The Wafaqi Mohtasib has appointed Mr Hafiz Ahsan Ahmed Khokhar, Senior Advisor Law/ registrar, Federal Ombudsman Secretariat, Islamabad as the Grievance Commissioner for redressial of the problems and issues confronting the overseas Pakistanis. For the convenience and speedy redressal of the complaints of the overseas Pakistanis, Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) has introduced a new fast track online complaint management system.
How to Lodge a Complaint?
