Ambassador of Pakistan inaugurated the Pakistan Pavillion at China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) in Beijing.

While talking to media the Ambassador remarked that the Government of Pakistan is cognizant of the importance of services sector and its liberalisation and therefore in this exhibition some leading services companies from Pakistan are participating for the first time in CIFTIS. The participating companies include National Logistics Corporation (NLC), Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA), Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), IT companies NETSOL, ISBEI, National Bank of Pakistan,  Habib Bank of Pakistan amd Pakistan Pavillion on JD.COM. 

This exhibition will support Pakistan to attract much needed FDI and increase services exports especially related to IT,  e commerce,  finance and logistics. It will also help in promoting regional connectivity with the presence of NLC and PIA in the exhibition. 

The theme of this year's CIFTIS is "Global services shared prosperity with participation of 75 countries/international organisations and 1868 exhibiting companies.Press Release
