Independence Day Cricket Gala to Celebrate 70th Anniversary of Pakistan's Independence in Beijing

A ‘Pakistan Cricket Gala’ was jointly organized by Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing and United Bank Limited (UBL) on 13^th August, 2017 to mark the 70^th independence anniversary of Pakistan.
 
The cricket match was played between the Pakistan Embassy Team and the Pakistani Community Team at Dulwich Cricket Ground, Beijing.
 
The match was well attended by Pakistani community and gave an opportunity to display the cricketing talents of Pakistani young players. Though match was punctuated by intermittent spells of rain but the spirits were not dampened.
 
Ambassador of Pakistan Masood Khalid was chief guest on the occasion and presented trophy to the winning Pakistani Community Team.
