Chairman Senate Mr. Sadiq Sanjrani visits Beijing

At the invitation of Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Mr. Sadiq Sanjrani, Chairman Senate led a delegation of Senators to pay an official visit to Beijing from 16-21 August 2018. During his visit, Chairman Senate held meetings with Foreign Minister and State Council, Chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the Minister International Department of Communist Party of China (IDCPC).
 
In the meeting between Chairman Senate and Foreign Minister and State Council Wang Yi, both sides reiterated to the resolve to advance the construction of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), and deepen Pakistan-China all-weather strategic cooperative partnership.
