Pakistan Mango Festival Organized to Celebrate 70th Anniversary of Pakistan-China Diplomatic Relations

As part of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China, a two-day Pakistan Mango Festival was held in Shanghai and Suzhou cities on 4-5 August 2021.
The event was jointly organized by Consulate General of Pakistan, Shanghai and Shanghai Hongqiao International Import Commodity Exhibition and Trade Corporation. Besides mangoes, many mango-made products like juice and ice-cream were offered to the visitors during the event.
The event was attended by a large number of people from all walks of life including from notable Chinese enterprises and media organizations. The visitors admired the unique variety, colour and taste of Pakistani mangoes and evinced keen interest in mango farming techniques and regions of Pakistan.
