The Embassy of Pakistan Beijing invites proposals from reputed contractors / contracting firms for repair / renovation of two residential blocks consisting of 24 apartments in the Embassy Compound.

Interested contractors / contracting firms may send their technical and financial proposals in two separate sealed envelopes addressed to “HOC” at the below-mentioned address of the Embassy by 1100 hours, 09 May 2022. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
After evaluation of technical proposals, shortlisted contractors/contracting firms will be invited for opening of financial proposals.
